You buy the tower and the view. AIA Tower is 44 floors and 180 metres, with Victoria Harbour filling the northern windows and Victoria Park the southern ones, and the station is two minutes away.
Insurance and financial services teams fit naturally. American International Assurance gave the building its name and occupies twelve floors, so the people you deal with may be in the same lifts.
And growth does not force a move. The centre prices rooms from one person to thirty in the same lift core, unusual for a single-building district, so a firm can hire without changing address.
