Getting there

The district has four MTR stations, more than any other office district in Kowloon. Tsim Sha Tsui station is on the Tsuen Wan line, one stop under the harbour from Admiralty. East Tsim Sha Tsui is on the Tuen Ma line, and a pedestrian subway joins the pair. Jordan serves the north edge and Austin the west.

Ritz Plaza is 300 metres from Jordan, K11 Atelier is 230 metres from East Tsim Sha Tsui, and the Silvercord towers are 430 metres from Tsim Sha Tsui station. For travel further out, Austin stands beside the high speed rail terminus at West Kowloon, and a covered walkway connects it to Kowloon station for the Airport Express.

Who it suits

Your room comes with an address clients already know. A suite at Harbour City or K11 Atelier puts a harbour front tower on your letterhead, and the ferry pier and the waterfront are at the end of the street.

Clients can get to you from almost anywhere. Four MTR stations, the high speed rail terminus, the Airport Express and the Pearl River Delta ferries at China Hong Kong City are all inside fifteen minutes, so visitors from the mainland or the airport arrive the same morning they land.

And the working day is easy. Most of the towers sit above malls, so you reach your suite without going outside, and Harbour City alone holds about 450 shops and 70 restaurants below the offices.

Serviced or coworking

In Tsim Sha Tsui, privacy costs about HK$200 a month at the entry level. A desk in a shared centre starts at HK$2,800, and your own room starts at HK$2,992. Teams that take calls or hold meetings most days take the room. The market

Space on the Kowloon harbour front is getting harder to find. Grade A vacancy in Tsim Sha Tsui was 6.7% at the end of June 2026, the lowest of the major office districts tracked, and down 0.4 of a percentage point in a single month. Rents rose 0.5% in June against 0.1% across Hong Kong, with insurance and wealth management firms taking the space.

The second quarter report for 2026 found only a limited number of whole floors still open at The Gateway, and the harbour view offices there were close to full. For renters, choice in the best towers is narrow this year.
