Who Compass Offices Are
Compass Offices was set up in Hong Kong in December 2009 by Andrew Chung and Lachlan Sloan. Andrew Chung is still Founder and Chairman. The company is private and founder led.
It now runs 32 centres in nine cities: Hong Kong, Tokyo, Osaka, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Ho Chi Minh City, Manila, Sydney and Melbourne. Hong Kong is the largest of the nine, with twelve.
That matters if you are growing. A team that opens in Tokyo or Singapore keeps the same office standards.

Every centre sits on or beside an MTR station. China Building is above Central Exit D1. Infinitus Plaza connects into Sheung Wan Exit E5, so you can reach the floor without going outside.
What The Spaces Are Like
The centres are in Grade A and good Grade B towers in the business districts. Rooms are designer fitted with ergonomic furniture. Every centre has a staffed reception, a pantry, breakout space and phone booths. Manager suites are soundproofed. Several centres run over more than one floor, and Infinitus Plaza spans five.
Compass is very good at providing:
**SFC licence-ready offices.** Rooms built to meet Securities and Futures Commission requirements, and described by Compass as audit ready. For an asset manager or an SFC intermediary, this is the shortest route to a compliant address.
**Examination and tutorial rooms.** Sold by the hour for certification tests and recruitment assessments. Almost nobody else offers them.
**Server rack space you can tailor.** Secure VLANs and dedicated server racks, for firms that cannot put their kit in a cupboard.
