The building keeps a shopping arcade at its base, a covered link into Admiralty station concourse and the elevated walkway outside reaching Pacific Place. Central air conditioning covers business hours and Saturday mornings, and the walkway outside reaches Pacific Place without crossing a road. Admiralty station is 50 metres away, one minute on foot. The Island, Tsuen Wan, South Island and East Rail lines all meet below, and the East Rail line crosses the harbour from here, so Kowloon Tong is seven minutes north. Central is 960 metres west, twelve minutes by walkway.
Rooms come furnished on a service agreement, from HK$2,992 a month for one person, up to suites for more than twenty. The tower keeps a covered car park and a drive through drop off at its base.
The common areas are practical rather than newly finished, and the food court and shops at the base cover lunch downstairs.
