Bela Offices was founded in 2021 by Kenny Lam, with a team that had spent 45 years in flexible workspace between them. They set out to replace rigid lease terms with one all-inclusive rate. It works in Hong Kong and nowhere else.

Where They Are In Hong Kong
Five districts, on both sides of the harbour, which is a wide spread for a young operator.
Central is the heart of it, with four addresses. One Chinachem Central and New World Tower are four minutes from Central station. The Center is five minutes from Sheung Wan, and Li Dong Building four minutes from Hong Kong station. Admiralty is Lippo Centre Tower One, three minutes from the station and straight onto the Island and Tsuen Wan lines.
Across the harbour, China Minmetals Tower puts you in Tsim Sha Tsui, nine minutes from the MTR. 1111 King's Road is in Tai Koo, three minutes from the station, on the quieter eastern side of the island. Two Harbour Square sits on the Kwun Tong harbourfront, ten minutes from Kwun Tong station. That is where the money goes furthest.
One Chinachem Central and China Minmetals Tower each run over more than one floor, so you can take more space later without changing your address.
