276 offices for rent across 11 buildings
The Executive Centre has eleven office centres in Hong Kong, and eight of them are in Central. The spaces are the top end of the local market: Grade A towers, hotel style reception, designer furniture and a barista in the members lounge. Rooms hold one person, or a team of 200. Every centre also sells coworking space. A seat in a private office starts at HK$6,000 a month. Every price on this page is what The Executive Centre is asking. We negotiate the one you sign, and the operator pays our fee.

The operator
The Executive Centre was founded in Hong Kong in 1994 and is still run from here. These are home centres, not a foreign chain's branch office.
It now runs more than 260 centres in 38 cities, with over 60,000 members.
For a tenant, that means a well established operator and a membership that works across Asia. A colleague passing through Tokyo or Singapore has somewhere to sit.
Eleven centres in three districts: eight in Central, one in Admiralty and two in Quarry Bay.
The Central eight are One IFC, The Hong Kong Club Building, Three Garden Road, Two Chinachem Central, Nexxus Building, Prosperity Tower, AIA Tower and 28 Stanley Street. That is eight addresses inside a square kilometre. You can move between them as your team changes size, without leaving the district.
One IFC is a minute from Hong Kong station, where the Airport Express runs. The Hong Kong Club Building and Nexxus Building are both three minutes from a station, and Two Chinachem Central is four.
Two Pacific Place in Admiralty is four minutes from Admiralty station. It sits in the Pacific Place complex, with the mall and three hotels under the same roof.
The two Quarry Bay centres are on the eastern side of Hong Kong Island. PCCW Tower is five minutes from Quarry Bay station and One Island East is six minutes from Tai Koo, both on the Island line. The Quarry Bay centres cost less than the Central ones. A room for four is HK$18,000 a month at PCCW Tower and HK$71,800 at One IFC.
All eleven centres are in prime Grade A towers, with hotel style reception, heavy materials, art on the walls and height adjustable workstations. Three Garden Road takes 27,437 square feet across levels 43 and 44 of Champion Tower, with floor to ceiling windows onto Victoria Harbour. The furniture there is Timothy Oulton and the doors run on Salto bluetooth keyless locks. Champion Tower holds a Hong Kong Institute of Architects Silver Medal.
Three features are hard to find anywhere else in the city:
**A staffed barista bar.** A full time barista works the members lounge at selected Hong Kong centres, Prosperity Tower among them. Coffee is made by a person, not a machine.
**Mini data centres inside the centre.** You can rack your own servers on site, a few floors from your trading floor in Central. Firms that cannot put their kit in a cupboard otherwise rent space elsewhere for it.
**Interiors by named designers.** Three Garden Road was designed by Fiona Hardie ID. It won Best Office Interior Design at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards, and its two floors were given deliberately different styles.
A seat in a private office starts at HK$6,000 a month at One Island East in Quarry Bay. It reaches HK$17,950 at One IFC. The service is the same in both. What changes is the tower, the address and the view.
A room for four runs from HK$18,000 at PCCW Tower in Quarry Bay to HK$71,800 at One IFC. Three Garden Road, the award winning one, is HK$32,000.
Coworking space is sold at all eleven centres, so one person can sit in the building where another firm has a full floor. It starts at HK$3,950 a month per person, at PCCW Tower and One Island East in Quarry Bay and at Prosperity Tower in Central. The highest is HK$9,000 at One IFC.
Meeting rooms are charged on top of the rent, at a member rate, and booked in the MyTEC app.
The minimum term is three months, rather than the three year lease a conventional office needs. The deposit is two months and the notice period is three months. Furniture and the service are in the monthly rate, so there is no fit-out bill at the start.
The Executive Centre suits companies that want a top of market Central address with the service to match.
That covers regional headquarters, law firms, fund managers and professional services firms. What they have in common is clients who arrive in the lobby and judge the company by it. It also suits a growing team that wants a whole floor built, branded and run for it.
It also suits companies whose people travel, because one membership opens more than 260 centres across Asia, the Gulf and Australia.
[Bela Offices](/operators/bela-offices/) in The Center or One Chinachem Central has premium private rooms at a lower monthly rate. [Compass Offices](/operators/compass-offices/) covers six districts to the same quiet professional standard, including Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay and Sheung Wan. [Garage Society](/operators/garage-society/) and [Blueprint](/operators/blueprint/) in Quarry Bay put more personality into the room. The Executive Centre suits companies for whom the address matters.
