Who Brilliant Business Centre Are

Brilliant Business Centre is a Hong Kong business services firm with more than ten years behind it. It says it has served over 25,000 clients.

Ceilings are about 8.5 feet.

The two towers stand on a shopping mall of 540,000 sq ft. The mall holds around 230 shops, a Yata supermarket, Muji, Uniqlo, a cinema and a 40,000 sq ft outdoor piazza. The mall opened in January 1993 and was rebuilt between 2014 and November 2017. Kwai Tsing Theatre is next door.

A covered footbridge runs from the mall to Exit E at Kwai Fong station on the Tsuen Wan line, two minutes away. Buses, minibuses, a taxi rank and cross-border coaches stop at the interchange below. The airport is about 30 minutes by car, or by train changing to the Airport Express at Tsing Yi.

The minimum term is three months, rather than the three year lease a conventional office needs. The deposit is two months and the notice period is three months.
