Two IFC is one of Hong Kong's tallest towers and one of Central's recognised addresses, home to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority and a roster of banks and fund managers. The tower sits directly above Hong Kong Station, with the Airport Express and in-town check-in downstairs, and IFC Mall fills the podium between the tower and the harbour.
Central station is a covered walk away through the mall, and the Star Ferry piers are minutes from the door. Every price we show is an asking price from the operator, and we negotiate the rent you sign.
The arrival is through IFC Mall, so a first time visitor should follow the signs for the office tower rather than the shops. Hong Kong Station is underneath the building, which makes airport days simple: the Airport Express and in-town check-in are downstairs.
Lunch is IFC Mall itself, from the food court to the harbour-side restaurants, and the Four Seasons next door covers client dinners. This suits a firm that wants a recognised Central address and brings clients through the door often. We arrange the viewing and the negotiation, and the operator pays our fee.
